LAWRENCE A. OUELLETTE, JR.  -  A principal of the firm, with twenty-five years of state and federal trial experience in all aspects of personal and commercial line insurance defense litigation, including casualty, fire, general liability, premise liability, automobile, dram shop, UM/UIM, insurance coverage/defense opinions, declaratory judgments, and subrogations.  In addition to his extensive trial experience, he has also participated in numerous arbitration and mediation hearings both as advocate and arbitrator.  He currently maintains an active and varied case load, and handles files presenting significant exposure on complex medical/legal issues.  He has given seminars for the Bridgeport and Connecticut Bar Associations relating to the mediation and arbitration procedures currently available for the resolution of insurance claims.  He also represents insurance carriers on issues before the Connecticut Insurance Department and/or Insurance Commissioner’s office.

ALAN S. TOBIN  - A principal of the firm, was employed by Sentry Insurance Company for twelve years, moving from a litigation adviser to a litigation manager and thereafter to in-house trial counsel before going into private practice in 1998.  His fifteen years of civil litigation practice involves all natures of personal injury cases including premise liability, automobile negligence as well as claims directly against insurance companies such as unusual/underinsured cases and bad faith claims.  During his twelve years of Connecticut practice he has tried in excess of fifty jury trials to conclusion.  He is also experienced in bad faith, uninsured/underinsured, first party and arbitration matters.

GLEN A. MORGAN - Of counsel to the firm, graduated in 1979 from the University of Connecticut , School of Law , with honors, where he also was an associate editor of the Connecticut Law Review.  Over the course of his 25 year legal career, he has concentrated upon the defense of various personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, uninsured and underinsured motorist claims, products liability, declaratory judgment actions and insurance coverage analysis and opinions.  He has tried numerous cases to conclusion, and also has acted both as an advocate and as an arbitrator in insurance contract claims, primarily in any area of uninsured and underinsured motorist proceedings. He has also acted as a judge for the University of Connecticut School of Law in connection with moot court competitions and mock trials held at the Hartford Superior Court
